Annette Bechtold, PCC, CPLC, REBC, ChHC, CIC, is founder of Forte Consulting Atlanta and a leadership advisor to insurance and employee benefits professionals. With more than 40 years in the industry—including senior leadership roles at OneDigital as VP of Operations and SVP of Legal & Compliance—she brings deep expertise in benefits strategy, compliance, and operations. Annette has held numerous leadership roles with NABIP at the local, state, and national levels, including chapter president and legislative council chair. She also serves on the board of the HRA Council and frequently speaks on benefits strategy, leadership, and industry trends.

Mark Mixer is the president and CEO of Health One Alliance, LLC, a provider-owned Preferred Provider Network in Northwest Georgia. Mark is responsible for the oversight of the enterprise, sales, PPACA compliance and the operations and marketing. He also founded HRASimple, an ICHRA administration company. 

Prior to Health One Alliance, Mark was the senior health & welfare consulting at AON Consulting and national sales executive at Beech Street Corporation, to name a few. 

Mark has been a licensed accident, sickness, property casualty broker for over 41 years. He studied at The Master's University and Seminary and Perdue University Insurance Management Institute.
