Leadership Academy 101

This 12-module program provides a wide variety of topics touching on many areas to provide students with a well-rounded experience. Academy graduates will receive an electronic button to identify and promote their accomplishment. Graduates, who complete the program by May 15th, will be eligible for a discounted Annual Convention registration and will be recognized during NABIP's Annual Convention.

  • Public Speaking & Messaging with David Contorno
  • Roberts Rules of Order & Bylaws with David Smith
  • Sales Training with Amy Evans
  • Servant Leadership with Pat Griffey
  • Social Media Engagement with Stacy Fry
  • Succession & Strategic Planning with Emma Fox
